Who is afraid of the BND?

From the inner life of a foreign intelligence service

The current and increasing threats are as massive as they are diverse. Wars, terrorism and cyber-attacks threaten us on a daily basis. But a real debate about how our security agencies can counter this has not yet taken place. So says someone who should know. Freedom or security? Where are the boundaries between the two? What does this mean for our civil society and the values of a democracy?

We are also looking forward to a brief analysis from our experts on the 2021 federal election: How massive were and are the cyberattacks and manipulation attempts? Who is attacking – and with what dangers for our democracy?
