We promise: booking online will save you money: online tickets cost less than tickets purchased at the museum!

It’s worth booking early: the earlier the booking, the cheaper the ticket!

The floodgates open five minutes before the start of your time slot. So please do not arrive too early!
The tickets entitle you to admission in a time window of 15 minutes. Within this time you have the opportunity to redeem your ticket and start the visit.
We recommend booking online in advance via our ticket shop, as only a limited number of tickets are available. If there are still time slots available, tickets can also be purchased on site.

In principle, we recommend the visit from 8 years. Of course, younger children can also discover a lot with us and have a lot of fun in our museum with the support of parents or other supervisors.
At the end of our exhibition you will reach our museum store with our in-house café. Here you can buy various snacks, cold as well as hot drinks.
Due to the interactivity of the exhibition, an audio guide would only hinder. However, if you have any questions about individual exhibits, our guides are always available. They are in the exhibition during opening hours and are happy to help you!
In our exhibition you will find all information in German as well as English language.
Dogs may be brought in only if they remain in a bag throughout their stay at the museum. Free running is not permitted at any time within the museum premises. Of course, this does not apply to necessary assistance dogs.
